In 2009, a Colombian company placed an order for mobile processing plant equipment: a 75 t/d carbon-in-pulp plant and a 75 t/d flotation plant.
The mine boasts high-grade ore and a scattered distribution of ore deposits. In light of the actual on-site conditions, our company has designed a mobile processing plant for it. This equipment is characterized by its compact size and lightweight construction; all components—including pipelines, ladders, and platforms—are designed in a modular fashion. After being assembled and test-run at the factory, the entire processing plant is disassembled into individual parts, packaged, and shipped. Upon arrival at the site, installation can be completed simply by assembling the parts according to their assigned numbers—virtually eliminating the need for welding. This approach not only significantly reduces installation time but also lowers installation costs. It is particularly well-suited for remote areas with limited infrastructure and challenging installation conditions.
Mobile processing plants break with traditional construction concepts: after mining at one site is completed, the plant is moved to the next, thereby making more efficient use of equipment investments and maximizing profits.
After the second set of equipment was put into operation, it performed exceptionally well and attracted great interest from local mine owners. In 2012, they placed additional orders for a 100 t/d carbon-in-pulp plant, a 150 t/d carbon-in-pulp plant, a 75 t/d flotation plant, a 100 t/d flotation plant, and a 150 t/d flotation plant.
