Yantai Ruikai Environmental Protection Materials Co., Ltd. 400 t/h Sand and Gravel Aggregate Production Line

To comprehensively utilize waste rock resources from open-pit mining, Yantai Ruikai Environmental Materials Co., Ltd. has built a new sand and gravel aggregate processing plant with a production capacity of 400 tons per hour. The designed process flow incorporates pre-screening, primary crushing, secondary crushing, fine crushing, first- and second-stage screening, shaping for sand production, third-stage screening, and sand washing and dewatering. The final product mix is designed to include five specifications: 31.5–63 mm crushed stone, 20–31.5 mm crushed stone, 10–20 mm crushed stone, 5–10 mm crushed stone, and 0–2.4 mm machine-washed sand. Among these, the 31.5–63 mm crushed stone and the 5–10 mm crushed stone will be produced selectively based on market conditions.

The 6,000 t/d spodumene beneficiation project of Shandong Shengli Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Yishui County, Linyi City. It is Asia’s largest spodumene heavy-medium beneficiation plant, employing China’s first heavy-medium beneficiation technology and a combined beneficiation process integrating heavy separation, flotation, and magnetic separation.
